New Hampshire Form ADV-H is a form used by registered investment advisers in New Hampshire to register with the state's Bureau of Securities Regulation. It is mandated by the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The form is divided into two parts: Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 consists of information about the adviser, such as the name of the firm, type of services offered, and the types of clients served. Part 2 requires disclosure of the adviser’s fees, conflicts of interest, and the adviser’s disciplinary history. It also requires the adviser to provide an explanation of any disciplinary actions, including those taken by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). New Hampshire Form ADV-H must be filed annually by advisers registered with the state.
