There are two types of Louisiana Transcript Order: online and paper. For the online order, the student will need to provide their Social Security Number, the name of the school they attended, and the year they graduated. For the paper order, the student will need to provide the same information, as well as a signed release form. Once the order is placed, the official transcript will be sent to the student's designated address.
