Collector ATVs 25 years old or older are exempt from registration if produced as separate make. May be registered for unlimited use for $14.50 and cannot be transferred. Must display collector registration number and “9999” decal on a plate.

Class 2 ATVs have a total width greater than 50 inches but not more than 65 inches from outside of tire rim to outside of tire rim.
A: It depends on where you operate your ATV. A driver, age 16 and older, will need a valid driver's license to make a direct crossing of a roadway or operate within the road right-of-way. A valid driver's license is not needed for operation on state ATV trails.
