Petition for Degree / Certificate Under Student Quick Links, select "Apply to Graduate." Students may complete a "Petition for Degree / Certificate" at any of our Student Enrollment and Services offices or you can download a form from the Admission Forms section of our web site.
In a graduation ceremony for a college or university, the presiding officer or other authorized person formally confers degrees upon candidates, either individually or en masse. However, some graduates may physically receive their diploma later at a smaller college or departmental ceremonies, or even through the mail.
Note that to order official transcripts, students will need to order through a third party called Parchment. You can navigate to the Parchment website through the Collin website.
