Use the Building Information Search in the Buildings Information System (BIS) to search by property address. From the Property Profile Page select View Certificates of Occupancy.
The Design Professional and Contractor must obtain all the necessary sign-offs for the completed work so a Certificate of Occupancy or a Letter of Completion can be obtained to close-out the project. The owner or applicant of record can request an LOC.
