Non-Certified Substitute - $120 per day – Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and completion of Substitute Effective Teacher Training (SETT) or Effective Teacher Training (ETT). Proof of a high school diploma or GED must be uploaded during the application process.

The salary schedule is based on years of teaching experience. (1) Licensed teachers who have NBPTS certification shall receive a salary supplement each month of twelve percent (12%) of their monthly salary on the "A" salary schedule.
The 7 hour day includes the breaks and the period(s) in which the learners are not at school. (b) Scheduled teaching time during the formal school day will be specified with time allocation per post level.
Educators will receive a 4% salary supplement — an increase to the extra salary that the county provides. That will amount to a few hundred more dollars over the year for each educator.
