Description

The Boundary Line Agreement is a legal document designed to resolve land disputes among parties regarding boundary lines, specifically in contexts such as badminton courts in Suffolk. This agreement outlines the parties involved, the nature of their disputes, and the specifics of the land in question — including width and legal descriptions. Key features include the quitclaiming of respective property interests and the attachment of a surveyor's drawing, which visually represents the divided tracts of land. Users must complete the required sections carefully, including names and case details, ensuring clarity in reported property interests. The document is particularly useful for attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants involved in real estate and dispute resolution, as it provides a framework for legally binding agreements to delineate property boundaries. Moreover, filling out the form correctly ensures that all previous claims are relinquished, promoting legal clarity and preventing future disputes. This agreement is an essential tool for managing boundary disputes effectively while providing legal protection to all parties involved.

The inner sidelines are 0.46m (1.50ft) inside the outer sidelines and run parallel to the doubles sidelines. Any shot that lands outside this sideline is considered “out of play” during a singles match.

The lines surrounding the court is called the BOUNDARY LINE. When the shuttlecock hits out of the line, the point is given to the receiver. There are 2 types of boundary line; the serving line, and the boundary line. The point is given to the hitter if the shuttlecock lands right at the line.
