Description

This arbitration agreement is executed contemporaneously with, and as an Inducement and consideration for, an Installment or sales contract for the purchase of a manufactured home. It provides that all claims or disputes arising out of or relating in any way to the sale, purchase, or occupancy of manufactured home resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. This Agreement is an election to resolve claims, disputes, and controversies by arbitration rather than the judicial process. The parties waive any right to a court trial.

An arbitrator will hear the case, consider evidence, and decide the outcome. Typically, arbitration ends with an award to one party or a dismissal of the case.Debt collection arbitration is a process for resolving unpaid debt that is seriously, sometimes hopelessly, in arrears. If you don't pay your bills, a debt collector may begin legal proceedings against you. Debt collectors can sue you in court to try to collect the debt. If your credit card or loan agreement includes an arbitration clause, our Motion to Compel Arbitration uses it against the collector. Our Middlesex County High-Asset Divorce Lawyers understand the process of divorce and how to protect your finances. Contact a debt settlement lawyer. Call to contact the Law Office of Robert C.
