Step 1: Go to collin.onelogin and login with your username and password. Step 2: Click on the Office 365 icon. Step 3: Click on the Outlook icon. Step 4: Sign in with your Collin username @collin (Ex:Cougar1@Collin) and password.

Applying for Graduation To access the application, students should log in to CougarWeb and select "Apply to Graduate" under the Student Quick Links section. Upon submission of the form a confirmation page will be displayed and students will receive communication regarding graduation via their CougarMail account.
Changing Your Major To change your major, log into your CougarWeb account and under the Home Tab select REQUEST CHANGE OF MAJOR. Select the Catalog Year and a Program and hit Submit. You will receive a response via your Collin email account or you can run Cougar Compass Audit to see if the change has been made.

Changes of address affecting residency classification should be reported promptly to the Admissions Office, along with documentation of current address. Name and CollegeWide ID number (CWID) changes require photocopies of the student's Social Security card or Texas Driver's License.
To Apply to Graduate, login to CougarWeb. Under Student Quick Links, select "Apply to Graduate." Students may complete a "Petition for Degree / Certificate" at any of our Student Enrollment and Services offices or you can download a form from the Admission Forms section of our web site.
Please note: Whether if transcript was received at Collin College electronically or by regular mail, it may take up to 7 - 10 business days to process, as each transcript must be manually reviewed. Transcript processing during peak season may be longer.
Online – log on to your shareholding through a secured page either through the Share registry services page on the Shareholder Centre or the Investor Centre page on Link Market Services website. Complete a change of address form and return it to the share registry.
Shareholders holding shares in physical form may send a request letter duly signed by all the holders giving the new address along with Pin Code.
