A party may direct written interrogatories to any other party. A copy of the interrogatories shall be served on all other parties entitled to notice.A party may serve on any other party no more than 25 written interrogatories, including all discrete subparts. Plaintiff requests that each defendant separately answer the following interrogatories under oath pursuant to Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure:. (1) Full Disclosure Required. If any interrogatory is objected to, the reasons for the objection shall be stated in the certificate instead of an answer. Any party may request special interrogatories. A party may serve written Interrogatories pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 213. (d) Party's Failure to Attend Its Own Deposition, Serve Answers to Interrogatories, or Respond to a Request for Inspection. Interrogatories must be served on the party from whom responses are sought and all other parties who have appeared in the action.
