8C-3. Illumination for open parking lots, alleys and access thereto and parking and nonenclosed areas under or within buildings. (a) Generally: Open parking lots, alleys, and access thereto shall be illuminated as set forth below.
Disciplinary action is governed by Administrative Order 7-3. It is the responsibility of all supervisors to maintain standards of employee conduct in ance with the personnel rules of Miami-Dade County, and any stated rules of a department, division or other established work unit.
Under the Labor Code, there are exceptions that allow an employee to resign immediately without serving the 30-day notice period. These situations include: Serious insult by the employer or their representative on the honor and person of the employee. Inhuman and unbearable treatment by the employer.
Submit a short, polite, professional resignation letter confirming your intention to leave after your meeting. As it's a formal letter, refer to the date and time of your discussion with your manager, the role you are resigning from, and the date of your last day. You may want to add a sentence re-stating your reasons.
Resignation and notice period An employee is required to give an employer notice that s/he intends to resign. The purpose of giving notice is to advise the employer in advance of the date on which the employee will officially cease to work. Resignations should ideally be in writing.
