Length of Service The Sacramento Superior Court operates on a One Day/One Trial system. In order to minimize the number of jurors who must appear in person and avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the juror, the standby service process is used.
All claims of personal injury or property damage against the City of Sacramento must be filed in the Office of the City Clerk. The City Clerk's Office is the only office to which claims may be submitted. Claims received by the Office of the City Clerk are forwarded to the City's Liability Claims Administrator.

Filing Your Claim You may file your Small Claims case by filling out either a SC-100 (Plaintiff's Claim), SC-120 (Defendant's Claim), or SC-500 (Plaintiff's Claim for Covid-19 Rental Debt). The forms are located on the California Judicial Council website at urts.ca/forms.htm?
