Your signature on the Form 2848 allows the individual or individuals named to represent you before the IRS and to receive your tax information for the matter(s) and tax year(s)/period(s) specified on the Form 2848.
An MBT (Modified Business Tax) number is a unique identifier assigned to businesses in Nevada for the purpose of paying the Modified Business Tax. It is issued by the Nevada Department of Taxation. You'll receive your MBT account number with your “New Nevada Employer Welcome Package.”
Register for a Nevada Sales Tax Permit Online by filling out and submitting the “State Sales Tax Registration” form. This permit will furnish your business with a unique sales tax number (Nevada Sales Tax ID Number).
