Permittee: Any Applicant holding a Permit issued by Maricopa County. Right-of-Way (ROW; R/W): Property right granted for the purpose of constructing, installing, operating and/or maintaining highways, roads, streets, alleys and ways, and bridges.
Maricopa County Recorder's Office has two full service offices to record your quitclaim deed. The main office is located in downtown Phoenix. The Southeast office is in Mesa, Arizona. Maricopa County Recorder's Offices are responsible for recording and maintaining permanent public records.
Once signed and notarized, the affidavits must be filed with the probate court in the county where the property is physically located. A certified copy of the death certificate and a copy of the will, if any, must be attached to each affidavit, along with title documents for real estate and other large assets.
