Teams live transcripts for meetings with recording and/or transcription are stored in the meeting organizer's OneDrive for Business. The transcript can be accessed through the meeting chat and Recap tab in Teams until a meeting organizer deletes the transcript.
Accessing a meeting transcript Once the meeting has concluded, the transcription will be available to view on the Recordings & Transcript tab. You can download the transcript by opening the chat and selecting Download.
When users in your organization record and transcribe Teams meetings, the recordings and transcripts are stored in either OneDrive and SharePoint. Depending on where your users access the file, the recording plays on the video player in OneDrive or SharePoint.
You'll need to head over to the calendar where you see meetings and follow a few steps: Select your calendar on the left side of Teams. Find the meeting and select the transcript. Download the transcript.

Create a custom meeting template In the Teams admin center, expand Meetings and select Meeting templates. Select Add. Enter a name and description for the template. Choose the options that you want to use for this template. To prevent the meeting organizer from changing an option, select the option and then select lock.
Download a meeting recording Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat or channel. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download .
To share a whiteboard in a Teams meeting: Select the Share icon in the meeting's share tray. Select Microsoft Whiteboard. The board picker view will open.
Select Create team. Select More create team options. Choose From template, then select a template. Tip: Current templates include project management, event management, retail services, financial collaboration, government communications, healthcare, and more—with additional templates to come.
Start notes before a meeting Go to your Teams calendar. Select + New meeting to schedule a meeting. In Details, select Add an agenda . Add an agenda, notes, or tasks. Select Send. Participants will receive an event invitation with the meeting notes attached.
