Different states have agreements with each other that can allow you to do this. Not all states support teaching license reciprocity and most of those that do still require a lot of paperwork if you want to transfer your license. But, they will still allow you to transfer without having to earn a whole new license.
Submit a copy of a current state or federally issued photo ID with whatever documentation is changing the name (marriage certificate, legal name change from the court) to licensing@schools.utah. Please include your CACTUS number and any preference on how the name should appear on your license.
