To file online, go to E-File Texas ( ) 11 and follow the instructions. To file in person, take your answer (and copies) to the district clerk's office in the county where the plaintiff filed the case. At the clerk's office: Turn in your answer form (and copies).

If you wish to contest a parking ticket, you must appear no later than hearing date listed on the parking ticket. You may contest your parking ticket by mail by sending a letter with the ticket number and any evidence necessary to contest the ticket. A Parking Hearing Officer will review your case and make a ruling.
