Occupant shall not assign or sublease the Space without the written permission of the Owner/Manager. Owner/Manager may withhold permission to sublet or assign for any reason in Owner/Manager 's sole discretion.
The reason Landlords will not allow their tenants to sublet is because, by subletting you are altering the terms of the insurance policy the insurer accepted when they offered the landlord an insurance premium for coverage.
The Prime Landlord hereby consents to the Sublease by the Sublandlord to the Subtenant of all of the Sublessor's right, title and interest in and to the Subleased Premises, but only upon the terms, conditions and covenants set forth in this Agreement. 3.
