An employee lease agreement is an agreement between a company and another party whereby the company agrees to contract out the services of some or all of its employees to the other party on specific terms and conditions.

WIC staff may request further documentation, such as a letter from a benefactor who is providing resources to the applicant (i.e. church, shelter). Exception If an applicant fails to bring proof of income to the WIC appointment, the local agency may certify the participant for a temporary (30 day) certification.

To be eligible for WIC, applicants must have income at or below an income level or standard set by the state agency or be determined automatically income-eligible based on participation in certain programs.
