To update your legal name with Clark College on your student record you must submit a completed Student Update Form, photo ID, and supporting documents that show previous and new name. Please submit to Enrollment Services at enroll@clark. Or you may join the Welcome Center and Enrollment Services Virtual Zoom Room.
Undergraduate students must declare a (their first) major by the 2nd semester of their sophomore year. Select your Major (& track if applicable), list advisor, get Department Approval/signature, and return to the Registrar's Office. Self-Designed majors (DSEL) must have additional approval.
You could try calling the departmental secretary to make an appointment to meet with your advisor during his/her office hours. If that doesn't work, report the lack of communication to the university administration, and request a new advisor.
Undergraduate students who decide to leave Clark permanently or to not return to Clark should contact the Division of Student Success. Graduate students who are looking to no longer be a student at Clark should contact their academic programs directly.

Submit your form to the Registrar Office. Fill out this form to change your primary faculty adviser. Students will need to have the new adviser sign off on the change. This form should be returned to the Academic Advising Center in ASEC 214 or via email to advising@clarku.
Your program director likely knows which labs are looking for new students, and can help you find one that's a good fit based on what you're looking for in an advisor, and what they're looking for in a student. They may even help you mediate your switch by asking professors whether they're willing to take you on.
