Production. The Contract was developed by Scanner Rhodes Productions and Robert Fucilla Company initially under the working title Squat. In post production, the film's title changed to The Contract. The entire film was shot in London, England late 2014 - early 2015.

The film was shot almost exclusively in Bulgaria and the DSK Bank central headquarters served as one of the main sets. The scenes on the large rock were filmed at the Zlatnite Mostove on the Vitosha Mountain by Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria.

The Contractor was shot in Romania, Germany, and the United States.

In April of 2022, Morgan Freeman was in Lafayette shooting the movie “57 Seconds.” With the movie having a limited release on Friday, here are a few of the many well known films had scenes shot, or even the entire production taking place right in our backyard.

The contract is an entertaining film. While not the best film in any way, it is still worth seeing. This is not an in depth thriller, or a work for the ages. But it is a fun way to spend your time. I love John Cusack movies. And I love Morgan Freeman's acting roles as well.

The Contract stars Morgan Freeman as professional assassin Frank Carden and John Cusack as a teacher who gets entangled into his latest assignment during a camp trip with his son. Released direct to video in the United States and Europe, The Contract received little critical notice despite its high-profile cast.

Story is well told and Chris Pine is doing a great job keeping it together. Actually much better then expected. Great actors and a decent story. Good execution and solid directing! Definitely something you can watch and enjoy. Story is well told and Chris Pine is doing a great job keeping it together.
