When you search images on eligible Google services, like Google Lens in the Google App, you can choose whether Google saves Visual Search History to your Web & App Activity when you're signed in.

Open the Google app on your device. Tap the "More" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Scroll down and tap "Lens". Tap the toggle switch next to "Google Lens" to turn it off.

Go to settings on your Android mobile. Tap on Apps and Notifications. Now click on the 3 dots located in the upper right corner and tap on show system. Scroll Down and tap on the “Lens” icon. Click on the disable button to disable the google lens on your phone.

Go to chrome://flags/ in your Google Chrome and search for Lens overlay (or go to chrome://flags/#enable-lens-overlay ). Change it to Disabled and relaunch Google Chrome.

Tap the Google Lens icon. In the top right corner, select the history icon (clock). View your search history. To remove a search, click on the "Google Lens Activity" link, as shown in the image below.
