An Apple Account gives you access to all Apple services, including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. You sign in to your Apple Account with an email address (for example, daniel_rico1@icloud) and a password. It's recommended that you use the same Apple Account for all Apple services.
Whenever you sign in to your Apple Account on a new device or browser, you'll confirm your identity with your password and a six-digit verification code. There are a few ways you can get a verification code. You can use the code displayed on your trusted device, or get a text or phone call.
On your iPhone go to Settings > your name > Sign-In & Security. Tap Turn On Two-Factor Authentication, then tap Continue. Enter a trusted phone number (the number you'll use to receive verification codes), then tap Next. A verification code is sent to your trusted phone number.
Visit the US Apple ID website ( ) on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Select Create Your Apple ID, then choose United States as your country and fill in all the requested details. You can use any international phone number with this account, as long as the dialing code is correct.
Tap "I need help with this transaction" to submit a dispute. Tap "Continue to Chat." The Messages app opens with a pre-written text message about the transaction you need help with. Tap the Send button . To report your issue, you must answer all questions, review your responses, and submit the form.
Cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. Tap the subscription. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
How to request a refund Sign in to reportaproblem.apple. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
Apple Services Purchases On your iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card. Scroll down and tap the transaction that you want to report. Tap the transaction again, then tap Report an Issue. Tap "I need help from Apple with this transaction." Continue depending on the type of issue that you want to report:
