368. 2(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Constitution, Parliament may in exercise of its constituent power amend by way of addition, variation or repeal any provision of this Constitution in ance with the procedure laid down in this article. Each House has to pass the Bill with two thirds majority of the total membership of that House. If 2nd House passes the Bill with amendments it is referred back to the House in which it originated and if that House agrees to those amendments with two thirds majority it is sent to the President for assent.
