A Tennessee Order (Subpoena) is a legal document issued by a court of law in the state of Tennessee. It is used to require a person or entity to appear in court or produce evidence or documents in a court proceeding. There are two types of Tennessee Order (Subpoena): Subpoena Ducks Cecum and Subpoena Ad Testificandum. Subpoena Ducks Cecum is a court order issued to a person or entity to produce certain documents or records to the court. Subpoena Ad Testificandum is a court order issued to a person or entity to testify in court. Both types of subpoenas are served to the person or entity and must be complied with or the person or entity may be held in contempt of court.
