How does an RMA work? A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is used when a customer wants to return merchandise. The form is filled out by the client and then sent to the seller, based on the seller's return policy the client might get an RMA number, which means the seller is accepting the return of the merchandise.

Mark your RMA number clearly in large text on the outside of the package. Inside the package, please include a letter providing your name, your RMA number, your return shipping address, and a brief description of the problem. Please package the returned product very carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Complete the RMA Request form. A separate form must be submitted for each camera, unless multiple cameras being returned are the same model with the same problem. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the request and containing a Technical Support Ticket number.
