This is a sample Accession Agreement between Acceding Lenders and Administrative Agent for Lenders. An accession agreement, also called a deed of accession, is used to allow a new party to acquire shares in a private company and become part of the company’s shareholders agreement. Shares can be either transferred to the new member by an existing shareholder or the company can issue new shares to the investor.
