Wyoming TG MCR 6 Request for Setting is a document used to initiate a process for setting a maximum loan rate for consumer credit transactions that is authorized by the Wyoming State Banking Commissioner. This document is used when a lender is requesting a maximum loan rate for consumer credit transactions in the state of Wyoming. The document must be signed by the lender and include the following information: the name of the lender, the date of the request, the maximum interest rate requested, and any other information that the Banking Commissioner may require. There are two types of Wyoming TG MCR 6 Request for Setting: a request for a new rate and a request for an amended rate.
