Wyoming CSR 5. Response and Counterclaim is a form used in Wyoming civil court actions to respond to a complaint or counterclaim from a plaintiff. It is the defendant's formal response to the plaintiff's allegations in the original complaint. This form is used to either deny or admit to the allegations made against the defendant. The form contains a section for the defendant to answer each allegation either with a "yes" or "no" response. The defendant can also state a defense against each allegation. The form also includes a section for the defendant to raise any counterclaims against the plaintiff. There are two types of Wyoming CSR 5. Response and Counterclaim forms: the original form and the supplemental form. The original form is used when the defendant is responding to the plaintiff's original complaint, while the supplemental form is used when the defendant is responding to a counterclaim raised by the plaintiff.
