West Virginia Complaint for Review of the Decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (L R CIV P 9.2) is a legal document used by an individual to challenge a decision made by the Social Security Commissioner. The document must be filed with the district court within 60 days of the receipt of the decision. The complaint must include the individual's name, address, Social Security number, the date of the decision, and the facts in support of the challenge. The complaint must also describe the relief sought by the individual in relation to the challenged decision.
