West Virginia Order for copies of Bankruptcy cases is a court order issued by a West Virginia District Court that provides individuals and organizations with copies of bankruptcy cases. This order allows the recipient to obtain copies of bankruptcy filings, such as creditor claims, schedules, and pleadings, from the court in which the bankruptcy case was filed. There are two main types of West Virginia Order for copies of Bankruptcy cases: an Original Bankruptcy Order and a Modified Bankruptcy Order. An Original Bankruptcy Order allows the recipient to obtain a full copy of the bankruptcy filing, including all pleadings, schedules, and creditor claims. A Modified Bankruptcy Order allows the recipient to obtain a copy of only certain portions of the bankruptcy filing, such as pleadings or schedules. Both types of orders can be requested from the court in which the bankruptcy case was filed.
