Wisconsin Order for Money Judgment Non-Eviction (Small Claims) is a legal document issued by the court of Wisconsin when a plaintiff (the party filing the lawsuit) successfully obtains a judgment against the defendant (the party being sued). This document, also known as a “small claims judgment”, orders the defendant to pay the plaintiff the amount of money specified in the judgment. The Order also includes the deadline for payment of the debt and the interest rate that will accrue if the debt is not paid on time. There are two types of Wisconsin Order for Money Judgment Non-Eviction (Small Claims): Unsecured and Secured. An Unsecured Order is an Order that does not require the defendant to post any security or collateral to guarantee payment. A Secured Order requires the defendant to post security or collateral to guarantee payment.
