Wisconsin Notice to Court that Another Income Assignment Order has been Received is a document sent by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to the court when a new or modified Income Assignment Order (IAO) is received for an individual. The IAO is a court order that requires a non-custodial parent to pay an amount of money to the custodial parent to meet the financial needs of the child. The Notice contains information such as the names of the non-custodial parent and custodial parent, the amount of money to be paid, the date it is due, and the address of the DCF office where payments should be sent. There are two types of Wisconsin Notice to Court that Another Income Assignment Order has been Received: an Original Notice and a Notice of a Modified Order. An Original Notice is sent when a new IAO is issued, and a Notice of a Modified Order is sent when an existing IAO is changed.
