Wisconsin Schedule H: Your Codebtors (non-individuals) is a form used by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue to collect information from taxpayers who have business partners, such as corporations, partnerships, trusts, limited liability companies, and other business entities, who are jointly and severally liable for a debt. The taxpayer is required to provide the name, address, and taxpayer identification number of each codebtor, along with the amount of the debt owed to the taxpayer. The form also requires the taxpayer to list any security interests held by the codebtors and any liens that have been placed on the codebtor’s property. There are two types of Wisconsin Schedule H: Your Codebtors (non-individuals): Form 1-ES for estimated tax payments and Form 1-ES for extension of time to file.
