Wisconsin Schedule A/B: Property (individuals) is a form used by individuals in Wisconsin to report their property for state income tax purposes. The form is used to report income, deductions, losses, gains, sales, and other activity related to property owned by the individual. There are three types of Wisconsin Schedule A/B: Property (individuals): Schedule A — Real Estate and Tangible Personal Property; Schedule B — Depreciable Property; and Schedule C – Other Property. Schedule A includes information about the ownership of real estate and tangible personal property such as cars, boats, and furniture. Schedule B includes information about depreciable property such as business property, equipment, and machinery. Schedule C includes information about other property owned by the individual such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investments.
