Washington Account Deposit (WAD) is a payment option available to Contractors and Miscellaneous Account Holders in the state of Washington. It allows for secure and convenient payment processing of services rendered, and is available for both online and in-person transactions. Wads can be used for a variety of payments, including sales tax, personal property taxes, business taxes, contractor's fees, unclaimed property payments, and other miscellaneous fees. The payment is deposited directly into the designated account holder's bank account, eliminating the need for check processing. There are two types of WAD available for Contractors and Miscellaneous Account Holders: 1. WAD Web — This option allows users to pay their taxes and fees online, and have the payment deposited directly into their bank account. It is the fastest and most secure way to make payments. 2. WAD Phone — This option allows users to make payments over the phone, and have the payment deposited directly into their bank account. It is a convenient and secure way to make payments.
