Washington Temporary Family Law Order is a court order issued by a judge in the state of Washington to protect the interests of family members during a dispute or family law case. These orders can be used to provide temporary arrangements for child custody and visitation, spousal support, division of assets, and other matters. There are two types of Washington Temporary Family Law Orders: an Expert order and a Show Cause order. An Expert order is issued without notice to either party and is only intended to be in effect until the court can hold a hearing. A Show Cause order is issued after both parties have received notice and have the opportunity to present their case to the court. Both orders can be used to protect the interests of parties in a family law dispute while the case is pending.
