The Washington Certificate of Amendment for LLC is a document used to make changes to an existing limited liability company (LLC) in the state of Washington. It is filed with the Washington Secretary of State and is used to amend the operating agreement or to update the LLC's name, registered agent, principal office, and/or the names of the LLC's members. There are three types of Washington Certificate of Amendment for LLC: Change of Name, Change of Registered Agent or Registered Office, and Change of Member Name(s). The Change of Name amendment is used to update the LLC's name, while the Change of Registered Agent or Registered Office amendment is filed to update the registered agent and/or the LLC's principal office. Lastly, the Change of Member Name(s) amendment is used to update the names of the LLC's members.
