Washington Mortgage Paper Securities — Application for Registration by Qualification is a form that must be filled out by entities wishing to register Washington Mortgage Paper Securities with the state of Washington. The form is used to provide information such as the name and address of the issuer, the name and address of the registrar, and the type of security being registered. There are three types of Washington Mortgage Paper Security Applications for Registration by Qualification: 1) Primary Mortgage Note Application; 2) Pooling and Servicing Agreement Application; and 3) Pooled Mortgage Investment Application. Each application requires different information, such as a description of the security, the amount of the offering, and the expected rate of return. The forms must be completed and submitted to the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions for approval before the security can be registered.
