Washington Blank Order is a special type of legal document originating in Washington State. It is an Order issued by a court, or other judicial body, that contains blank spaces which must be filled out by the parties involved in the case. Washington Blank Orders are commonly used in civil cases to document the terms of a settlement agreement between the parties. There are two types of Washington Blank Orders: the Stipulated Order and the Judgment and Decree. A Stipulated Order is used to record the terms of the agreement between the two parties, and is signed by the judge. A Judgment and Decree is a more formal document, used to make a ruling and to document the final outcome of the case. Both types of orders are filed with the court and are legally binding.
