Washington Order Appointing of Person and/or Estate is a legal document issued by the court in the state of Washington that appoints an individual or estate to administer the estate or guardianship of another person. This order is used to appoint a person or estate to serve as a guardian for a minor, a conservator for an incapacitated adult, or an executor for a deceased individual. Depending on the type of estate, the appointed person or estate may be responsible for managing and protecting the assets of the person or estate, as well as for making decisions on behalf of the person or estate. There are three types of Washington Order Appointing of Person and/or Estate: 1. Guardianship Order: This order appoints a guardian to manage and protect the assets of a minor. The guardian is responsible for making decisions on behalf of the minor. 2. Conservatorship Order: This order appoints a conservator to manage and protect the assets of an incapacitated adult. The conservator is responsible for making decisions on behalf of the incapacitated adult. 3. Executor Order: This order appoints an executor to manage and protect the assets of a deceased individual. The executor is responsible for administering the estate according to the terms of the deceased individual's will.
