Washington Complaint EEOCOO - (pro se) is a type of complaint that may be filed by individuals who feel they have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, genetic information, honorably discharged veteran or military status, or use of a trained service animal. This complaint must be filed with the Washington State Human Rights Commission (SRC). The complaint must be filed within one year of the date of the alleged discrimination. There are two types of Washington Complaint EEOCOO - (pro se): (1) Complaint of Discrimination; and (2) Request for Accommodation. The Complaint of Discrimination must include the alleged discriminatory action, the date of the action, and the name of the person or entity who took the action. The Request for Accommodation must include the accommodation requested, the date of the request, and the name of the person or entity to whom the request was made.
