Vermont Request To Attend Confidential Juvenile Hearing is a process that allows individuals to request to attend a confidential juvenile court hearing in Vermont. The purpose of the request is to allow an individual to witness the proceedings in a juvenile court hearing without their presence becoming part of the public record. This request must be made to the court prior to the hearing. If granted, the individual will be allowed to attend the hearing in a confidential manner.
