The Virginia Statement of Cancellation of Registration as a Foreign Registered Limited Liability Partnership is a document filed with the Virginia State Corporation Commission's Office of the Clerk. It is used to terminate the registration of a foreign registered limited liability partnership (LLP) in the state of Virginia.
