The Second Circuit Out of Court Hourly Worksheet is a form used to document the hours worked on a case outside the court setting. This form is used by attorneys to accurately record the hours spent on a case in order to be compensated for their work. It includes sections to document the date, time, and location of the work, the client or matter being addressed, the type of work performed, and the amount of hours worked. There are two types of Second Circuit Out of Court Hourly Worksheets: the Self-Represented Litigant Worksheet and the Attorney's Worksheet. The Self-Represented Litigant Worksheet is used to document the hours worked on a case by a party who is not represented by an attorney, while the Attorney's Worksheet is used by an attorney to document their out-of-court work.
