14.01 Explanatory: "Same Decision" is a legal principle that holds that when two or more individuals or entities make a decision together, each of them is bound by that decision and must abide by it. This principle is also known as the principle of unanimity or the rule of unanimity. There are two types of Same Decision: express and implied. Express Same Decision is when the parties explicitly agree to be bound by the same decision, while Implied Same Decision is when the parties implicitly agree to be bound by the same decision. Both types of Same Decision are legally binding and enforceable.
