The agent must complete and submit the Application for Life Settlement Broker License to the TDI, as well as provide additional information and documentation as requested. There are three types of Texas Life Agent Notification to TDI to act as a Life Settlement Broker: Initial Notification, Renewal Notification, and Change of Status Notification.
