The Texas Child Support Review Questionnaire (TCS RQ) is a form that is used to determine the child support payment amount for parents in the state of Texas. It includes a series of questions used to evaluate the parents' financial situations and assess the reasonable amount of support that can be provided for a child. The TCS RQ is available in three different formats: online, paper, and through the Texas Child Support App. The online version allows users to complete the questionnaire directly from the website, while the paper version can be printed and filled out manually. The Texas Child Support App contains the same questions as the paper and online versions, but with the added convenience of being able to fill it out on a mobile device. All three versions of the questionnaire must be completed in full in order for the child support payment amount to be determined. The TCS RQ is used by the Texas Office of the Attorney General to calculate child support payments.
