Tennessee Clerks Report on Accounting is a financial report that is prepared by the Clerk of the Court in the state of Tennessee. It is required by the Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 29 for attorneys, accountants, or other fiduciaries appointed by the court to settle an estate or trust. The report summarizes the financial activity of the estate or trust, including receipts, disbursements, assets, liabilities, and other transactions. It includes a detailed account of how funds were allocated and spent. There are two types of clerk reports: the Tennessee Clerks Report on Accounting for Estates and the Tennessee Clerks Report on Accounting for Trusts. The report must be approved by the court before the fiduciary is released from their duties.
