Tennessee Subpoena Instructions — Foreign Court is a document issued by the Tennessee court system for the purpose of obtaining evidence from a foreign court. The document includes instructions for the recipient on how to properly serve the subpoena, as well as the information needed to proceed. There are two types of Tennessee Subpoena Instructions — Foreign Court: 1) Request for Evidence and 2) Request for Testimony.
